End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Ace Log Apps Pty Ltd ("Developer", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the Acelog application ("App"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the App.

1. License Grant and Intellectual Property

Developer grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

The App, including but not limited to its original code, design, content, and features, is the intellectual property of Ace Log Apps Pty Ltd and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

2. No Professional Advice (Business Liability)

The App provides tools designed to assist with tracking, estimating, and calculating trade-related metrics (such as paint, carpentry, and travel tracking). All calculations, estimates, and data generated by the App are provided for informational purposes only.

The Developer is not a professional advisor. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any estimates, quotes, or business metrics generated using the App before relying on them for business or financial decisions. The Developer assumes no liability for lost profits, inaccurate quotes, missed opportunities, or any other business damages resulting from reliance on the App.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," with all faults and without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Developer disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Developer be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, procurement of substitute goods or services, loss of data, or business interruption) however caused and on any theory of liability.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Developer from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, and costs resulting from your use of the App or reliance on its estimates.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement and your use of the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement will be brought exclusively in the courts located in New South Wales, Australia.
